My name is Adebunmi Fakolujo, and I am the Founder and CEO of Gifted Omrad Foundation — an international, non-governmental charity organisation (NGO) that was born from my heart, my passion, and my calling. Helping people has always been part of who I am, and I truly believe in the power of giving back to the community. Gifted Omrad Foundation represents my lifelong commitment to standing up for human rights, supporting vulnerable communities, and creating opportunities for people to live better and more fulfilled lives.

Through the Foundation, I work alongside a wonderful team of dedicated individuals who share my vision of hope, compassion, and empowerment. Together, we strive to make a difference — whether it’s through community support projects, educational outreach, advocacy for human rights, or providing direct assistance to those in need. Every act of kindness matters, and I am deeply proud of the impact we continue to make around the world.

Alongside my charitable work, professionally, I am also a CQC Registered Healthcare Manager and the CEO and Founder of Omrad Healthcare Limited, where I oversee services operations that support vulnerable and disabled individuals to live independently in their own homes, I ensure compliance with regulations and support staff training and development. Furthermore, I mentor and guide others who aspire to set up their own healthcare services — helping them navigate the CQC registration and interview process, develop compliant systems, and build organisations that truly care for people.

In addition, I serve as a Protection Adviser with Emergenzz Financial Services Limited, where I help individuals and families secure their futures through comprehensive financial protection solutions. I believe that protecting your loved ones is one of the most important acts of love and responsibility.

Over the years, my professional journey has taken me through health and social care, financial protection, project management, business analysis, and customer relations, allowing me to develop strong leadership and management skills. But beyond the titles and achievements, what truly drives me is my passion for people — to help, inspire, and empower others to reach their potential and live with dignity, purpose, and hope.

Gifted Omrad Foundation is more than just a charity foundation to me — it is a movement of compassion, empowerment, and change. It is my way of giving back, of saying “yes” to humanity, and of living out my belief that when we lift others, we all rise together.
